Refund policy
Return Policy: At Scented Story Club, every product is carefully inspected before it is dispatched to you. Because fragrance is a deeply personal, hygiene-sensitive product, and how a scent develops depends on each person's individual skin chemistry and preference, all sales made through our website are final and we do not accept returns of opened or used products. This includes situations where you have simply changed your mind, find that a fragrance does not suit your personal taste, placed an order by mistake, or bought a fragrance as a gift that the recipient did not like. If you are new to our range, we recommend starting with one of our Discovery Sets so that you can experience a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle.
Replacement Policy: While we do not accept returns, we are happy to arrange a replacement in a few specific situations: if the wrong product was delivered to you, if the product arrived visibly damaged due to courier handling, or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect. To request a replacement, please email us at query@scentedstoryclub.com within forty-eight hours of delivery, including your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue, a short written description of the problem, and an unboxing video if you have one, especially for transit damage. Every request is reviewed by our team before approval, and we may ask for additional details where needed; false or exaggerated claims will be declined. Once a replacement is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product to your original delivery address at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in a few specific circumstances: where an approved replacement cannot be fulfilled because the product is out of stock, where we are unable to fulfil a confirmed prepaid order for reasons on our part, or where a duplicate payment has been charged for a single order. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout, and typically take between five and ten business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider; we will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund within the expected time, please check with your bank first, and reach out to us at query@scentedstoryclub.com if the issue continues.
